Kelvin’s mom (in HK) called to wish me a happy New Year. I was very surprised to hear her call. I think about her and Kelvin often too.

Dear God, I pray for her and her family Lord. I pray that you know what’s best for them and that you will bring happiness into their life again, I did not find our about Kelvin’s death until much later. I still remember him telling my dad that he want to live. And Lord I know he asked you Lord to extend his life. God, I pray that he his happy in heaven now. His family misses him a lot. God, why does it hurt so much to lose someone? God, I also pray for Mei Ai’s family. Even though her family’s not Christian, Lord I pray that in their weakness & sadness that they may find you. Lastly I pray for Hannah’s parents. I pray that you will forgive Hannah and that they are living in peace Lord. Lastly, thank you for life. Thank you for everyday that I’m alive whether I’m sad, happy, in pain or in peace, I live because of You. In your name I pray, Amen.
