June 12, 2005 Glory's Diary

I’m almost 2 decades old! Yikes! And guess how I will be spending my 20^th Birthday? I just stuck in the hospital, on a hospital bed getting chemo. I think that has to be the most depressing birthday other than….maybe dying on your birthday. But actually…I’m not too upset by it. I’m just glad that things are finally moving along. My WBC & platelets finally went up, so my bone marrow aspiration is tomorrow around 12:30. But I have to be there at 10:00. They’re also doing a spinal tap too. Which I’m more scare of. I hope that it won’t hurt as much as last time. Hehe…that’s ‘cuz I’m going on “vacation” starting Tues. & probably coming back on Sat. I’m really excited! Friend and I always talked about doing a roads trip & we actually going to do it! Although I wish we have more time…. I sort of had in mind like Ohio….or like some weird parts of the country I’ve never been too. Oh well ….it’s okay.
